Complete the New Investment Promotion Law Exemption Form

Conditions:

Project should qualify from the industries and sectors benefiting from the Investment Promotion Law:
Industry, agriculture, hotels, hospitals, maritime transport and railways, leisure and recreational compounds, convention and exhibition centers, transporting & distributing water, gas & oil, call and contact centers research and development. 

Documents to be attached:

1. Company Registration Certificate.
2. Approval from the Ministry of Interior for Convention and Exhibition Centers sector.
3. Approval from the Ministry of Health for Hospitals sector.
4. Approval from the Ministry of Tourism for Tourism Projects.
5. Approval from the Ministry of Agriculture for Agriculture Projects.
6. Approval from the Ministry of Transport to the Maritime Transport and Railways sector. 
7. List of fixed assets needed for production requested for exemptions.
