Conditions:
Project should qualify from the industries and sectors benefiting from the Investment Promotion Law:
Industry, agriculture, hotels, hospitals, maritime transport and railways, leisure and recreational compounds, convention and exhibition centers, transporting & distributing water, gas & oil, call and contact centers research and development.
Documents to be attached:
- Company Registration Certificate.
- Project approved licenses.
- Partners shares Certificate.
- Company/ Project description of the production mechanism.
- List of fixed assets needed for production requested for exemptions.
