| Al Hassan Industrial Estate- Irbid (QIZ)- It is the first Qualified Industrial Zone (QIZ) worldwide The Estate was established in 1991 on an area totaling 1,178 dunums, of which 1,005 dunums were developed. The first creative center for fostering innovative and creative ideas was established in the Estate. It is the second project for the Industrial Estates Corporation and the second largest estate in terms of the size of investments that won the distinction of being the first qualified industrial estate in the world. |

| Al-Hussein Ibn Abdullah II Qualified Industrial Estate- Karak (QIZ) QIZ over a total area of 1,856 dunums, of which 786 dunums were developed. its location in the southern part of the Kingdom, the fact that it covers all its industrial activities, and that it is adjacent to the highway connecting the Estates of the north and the south. |

| Aqaba Industrial International Estate- Aqaba (QIZ) Estate was established on an area of 2,750 dunums, of which 570 dunums were developed in the first stage and 490 dunums were allocated as a net area suitable for investment. Preparations are currently underway to start the execution of the second phase on an area of 700 dunums to answer the growing demand on industrial investment in Jordan. The Estate was the first partnership with the private sector with respect to administration, development, and marketing. |

Future Projects
Al-Mowaqar Industrial Estate is located at about 24km east of Abdullah II Industrial Estate and covers a total area of about 2,500 dunums. The first phase of the project will occupy 1,000 dunums of this area. The Estate is distinguished for its proximity to the international road connecting Jordan with Iraq and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Development plans are in the process of being set in order to develop it in accordance with the newest designs. It will include, in addition to areas allocated for industry, spacious facilities for logistical services, a free zone, and a magnet for technology industries.
Al-Mowaqar has benefited from allowing the purchase and rent of industrial land and buildings because of its proximity to Sahab Industrial Estate and its unique location, as it will be the second industrial estate to be set up by the Corporation in the capital’s governorate. It will also follow the development system based on clusters inside the Estate.

Al-Zarqa Industrial Estate is at about 45km to the north east of the capital, Amman, established over 2,475 dunums. Its first phase will cover 550 dunums. Its importance is highlighted as a result of its location adjacent to the international road leading to Al-Azraq area, which connects it to the Jordanian-Iraqi border near the free zone in Al-Zarqa. Noteworthy of mention is that Al-Zarqa governorate is densely populated and enjoys active commercial activity that will help stimulate this estate and provide it with labor force and expertise.
Al-Tafilah Industrial Estate is located on the entrance of Al-Tafilah estate and is about 200km to the south and about 24km to the west of the main international road that connects the north of the Kingdom with its south. It will be established on a total area of 1,000 dunums. During the first phase, 500 dunums of this area will be developed.
Madaba industrial estate is located in Madaba Governorate with a total area of (500) Dunums, an agreement of building, developing, managing and marketing Madaba industrial estate was signed JIEC and Kuwaiti Soroh investment company in 2008. The cost of the infrastructure is expected to reach US 20 million and the volume of investment is expected to reach US 250 Million, and the targeted industries in this estate are IT, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and Dead Sea products.
